Overview
The goal was to redesign the Trailhead Platform by addressing its current challenges and pain points, while seamlessly integrating Agentforce into the proposed solution.
Trailhead is Salesforce’s learning platform that offers interactive, self-paced modules to help users build skills across various roles and products.
This project was part of a Capstone collaboration with Salesforce and was led by me.
Context
What is Trailhead?
Trailhead is a free online learning platform that uses gamified, interactive modules and trails to teach Salesforce, business, tech, and soft skills, with points and badges to track progress.

A look at current trailhead design
The Problem
Navigating layered problem spaces.
I started by going through a set of "How might we" statements provided by the Trailhead team, informed by their internal research and documentation.

Setting the right business objective

Understanding business goals, principles, needs, and wants while keeping insights in focus. It’s all about aligning priorities with meaningful actions.

Solution
Solution
We divided the solution into three distinct segments, each addressing a specific challenge within the platform: improving search efficiency, redesigning the dashboard, and streamlining course handling.

Research
The beginning
Trailhead Review Analysis
I started by understanding the holistic picture of what users were saying — which naturally led me to communities for deeper, qualitative research and also recruit users for interviews.

What do we know about our users?
We recruited several participants and conducted 16+ interviews to better understand their user journeys, identify pain points, and uncover their expectations for Trailhead.
